MEET THE ORIGINAL TEAM
Armin Honarasa
Passionate, self-motivated and entrepreneurial, Armin Honarasa is extremely committed to share his knowledge and experience; as a leadership and innovation management and development expert, coach and trainer.
With a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Armin founded the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hub in 2018, and today is recognised as one of the largest entrepreneurial communities in Melbourne with more than 4,500 members. As a prominent educator in the industry, Armin not only runs education courses, but also coaches businesses to be innovative and progressive.
Bev Friend
Bev Friend is a leading business coach, consultant and educator. As a general manager and CEO, Bev has many years of experience in Senior Management including buying and marketing. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and has owned several small businesses including – a day spa in the heart of Collins St, a fashion boutique and a publishing house.
Her passion for the business community has positioned her as the Chair of the Small Business Mentoring Service, President of Melbourne Business Network and also a position on the Small Business Ministerial Council – Victorian Government.
Bev is qualified in business, leadership and management. She graduated from Australian Company Directors and accredited in DISC Advanced profiling, and now helps others achieve their dreams and bring their potential to life!
Esteban Franco
Esteban is a creative digital innovator with over 20 years of industry experience. He has designed and developed award-winning digital media and eLearning solutions for blue-chip corporations and government clients such as; BHP Billiton, Price WaterHouse Coopers, QLD Ambulance, Coca-Cola, Incitec Pivot, Queensland Rural Operations, Department of Defence, Qld Fire and Rescue Service, Gold Coast Hospital, Bond University, CSIRO, Australian Bureau of Statistics, QANTAS Airlines, Mount Isa and Melbourne Airports to name a few.
He has also held the senior positions of Principal/Academic Director at various colleges. Esteban is a seasoned academic with over a decade of experience in training and developing courses for Vocational, Undergraduate and Masters programs. He has extensive lecturing experience in the fields of Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics and animation, Digital and Interactive Media, as well as Marketing and Business studies. He also holds senior lecturing positions at the Design College Australia, Arts Intelligence and Swinburne University. Currently, Esteban is a sessional academic/instructional designer at RMIT University’s School of Business.
Jessica Coates-Judson
Jessica is a passionate business educator, mentor and dedicated lifelong learner. She has qualifications and years of experience across education, business, management and marketing.
A successful in-demand consultant and coach specialising in social media marketing and training; Jessica is led by a strong drive and motivation to empower learners though knowledge and education.
She is active in her local communities sharing her knowledge and expertise as a guest speaker for various organisations and recently founded a networking group to provide education and support to women in business.
Santi Vela
Before joining the multinational PACCAR Inc. as its Digital Marketing Head, Santi Vela was the Director of Marketing Studies at the Ningbo School of Foreign Affairs in China and Marketing Management lecturer at KBS (Kaplan Business School) in Melbourne.
As an entrepreneur, Vela was the co-founder of Beautiful Marketing Australia, one of the first Inbound Marketing agencies in Australia. Santiago also has experience in other industries/sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Government and in a wide range of areas including Change Management and Design Thinking.
