AM I ELIGIBLE TO ENROL IN A PARTICULAR COURSE?

If you meet our minimum requirements for entry then in most cases you are eligible. You will see the entry requirements on the individual course brochures and our website. If you are unsure, please contact our admissions team at [email protected]

Our experienced admissions team can assess your personal circumstances to determine if Original Campus is right for you. You can also speak to them about your objectives, the course units and outcomes in detail.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A COURSE?

Each course has a number of units and depending on the course, the duration in weeks is displayed on the course brochure and our website.

The length of the course is also displayed on your Letter of Offer and (COE) Confirmation of Enrolment.

IS MY QUALIFICATION NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED?

Absolutely. Most of our courses are nationally accredited and you will see this on the individual course brochures and our website. The AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) regulates Australian education and training qualifications.

AQF accredited courses are recognised by employers across Australia and are accepted as equivalent qualifications in some other countries.

Just about all of Original Campus courses are accredited by the AQF, which means employers can be easily satisfied that applicant’s qualifications meet industry standards. Good news for them, and good news for you!

WHO DO I GET MY QUALIFICATION FROM?

The courses are offered by Original Campus Pty Ltd, trading as Original Campus, under the authority and license of Original Campus Pty Ltd – RTO 45322, CRICOS 03668J.

If a certificate is issued by another provider this will be clearly stipulated on the course brochure and our website.

WHEN DOES EACH COURSE START?

Each course has either monthly or quarterly intake dates which are displayed on the specific course page on our website or the course brochure.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, we sure do! We typically offer monthly or quarterly payment plans.

WHAT DOES EACH COURSE COST AND HOW DO I PAY MY FEES?

The tuition fee for each course is displayed on the website and individual course brochure. Please note prices and payment methods are subject to change so please also enquire with our admission team for detailed information.

Ongoing payments are made via our direct debit payment provider Ezidebit. Detailed information about Ezidebit is provided in the orientation session. Please enquire with our team if you are paying via an education agent.

HOW DO I GET SUPPORT FOR MY COURSE WORK?

Original Campus is committed to helping you achieve successful qualification outcomes. As part of your program support, you will have a dedicated trainer who is available to assist with questions about program content and assessment tasks.

IS RECOGNIION FOR PRIOR LEARNING (RPL) or CREDIT TRANSFERS (CT) AVAILBLE?

For students who have extensive experience in one or more units, or have already completed a particular then Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfers (CT) is available.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IF I MOVE HOME?

Life is unpredictable, right? You might have decided to move in with your best friend, or you might have moved closer to your workplace.

If you moved home recently, you must take action and let your education provider know. This is an essential part of your duties as an international student, as Condition 8533 of your Student Visa requires you to notify your training provider of any change of residential address within 7 days from your moving date.

Please also make sure you contact the school if your phone number, primary email or emergency contact details have changed.

I HAVE STUDIED WITH YOU BEFORE; DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I ENROL IN A NEW COURSE?

Of course! Please enquire with our admissions team to receive your course discount.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY ORIENTATION DAY?

The Orientation Day is a compulsory session taking place before you start your course at Original Campus.

During the Orientation, as a student you are provided with important information regarding your course, your responsibilities as an international student, the policies and procedures you have to follow and how to properly navigate the Learning Management System you are going to use for the duration of your course.

If you miss your Orientation, it’s extremely important you contact the Student Support Officer at [email protected] as soon as possible, as not attending the Orientation may lead to the cancellation of your (COE) Confirmation of Enrolment.

You have 14 days following the Orientation Day, to reschedule your Orientation session with us.

WHAT ARE THE SCHOOL HOLIDAY DATES?

We understand that school holidays are an important part of the academic journey. The holiday flyer with term breaks will be sent to you before starting the course by email. The dates are also available on our website.
