If you’re a team leader or manager seeking to improve your leadership and management skills, then our leadership programs may be most suitable.

To enrol in this program, you must be at least 18 years old and own your own laptop or tablet that you will use in class. Additionally, you must have completed high school Year 11 or achieved your academic Certificate IV or equivalent. You must also meet an English language competency of IELTS 5.5 overall or equivalent.

When you successfully complete all course units, you will receive a nationally recognised certificate or diploma. If you do not successfully complete all units, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units you have successfully completed.

Original Campus is committed to helping you achieve successful qualification outcomes. As part of your program support, you will have a dedicated teacher who is available to assist with questions about program content and assessment tasks. Please refer to the Student Support Officer for any issues or concerns you may have that are not directly related to training and assessment. You will also work with a Mentor during the entrepreneurship program.

There are several ways to pay. Payment is due quarterly or before each term. Please note prices, intakes and payment methods are subject to change so please enquire with our admission team for detailed information.

The BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business, BSB50215 Diploma of Business, BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management BSB61015 Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management are nationally recognised qualifications.

You are required to study 20 hours per week (16 hours in the classroom + 4 hours online). You are also required to complete assessments in your own time, which will account to approximately 10-15 hours study per week.
